On April 26, Sekisui House Group released ESG DATA BOOK 2024, its first collection of non-financial data. SEKISUI HOUSE ESG DATA BOOK 2024 was published in response to the growing interest in recent years in the simultaneous disclosure of non-financial with financial information, and presents data on the Group’s ESG (environmental, social, and governance) performance, including 54 KPIs based on Sekisui House’s three material issues: creation of high-quality housing stock, contributing to a sustainable society, and diversity and inclusion. Going forward, Sekisui House Group will publish the ESG DATA BOOK every year.

Features

• Compilation of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) data in one publication

In July, Sekisui House Group plans to publish a comprehensive Value Report containing financial and non-financial information that it has been publishing annually since 2022. In addition to financial information, it will include information on the Group’s business strategies, initiatives to address social issues, ESG data, and other areas.


Sekisui House Group’s ESG information disclosure has been rated highly by third parties, including the highest rating of AAA in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) ESG Ratings, inclusion in the FTSE4Good Index Series and Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World Index, and selection as one of the top 5% of companies in S&P Global’s “The Sustainability Yearbook - 2024 Rankings”.
