We are engaged in such initiatives as the sale of custom detached houses, development of planned communities and condominiums in five countries, namely America, Australia, the UK, China, and Singapore. By utilizing the technology, experience, achievements, and so on for safety, peace of mind, and comfort, which we have cultivated within Japan, we are expanding our business operations not only to contribute to solving the social problems of various countries but also to contribute to the maximization of happiness among our customers and society at large and to the provision of new value to housing. In order to expand our diverse business on a global scale, we are putting great effort into constructing relationships of trust with our excellent local partners abroad and training brilliant local personnel who share the corporate philosophy and vision of the Sekisui House Group.
