Diversity meet-and-greet events 2021

The event was recorded on video and put on the website for half a year in2021 so that all Sekisui House Group employees could view it. YusukeHatsuse took part in the 2008 Beijing Paralympics, as a visually impairedjudoka, and at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics he not only served on the JapanParalympic Committee but also engaged in a wide range of other activities, such as providing commentary on television. We invited him in to give a talk on the theme of “Diversity and Self-advocacy.”*
*“Self-advocacy” refers to the activity of individuals with disabilities requesting appropriate consideration by communicating for themselves.
